Bekijk onze case voor \u201cappartementencomplex De Havenmeester\u201d in Scheveningen.<\/p>\n<p>De Scheveningse haven maakt de laatste jaren een metamorfose door. Rond de jacht- en vissershaven ontstaat een energieke stadswijk met moderne woningen, kantoorruimte en tientallen restaurants, veelal met spectaculair uitzicht op de dobberende schepen en plezierjachten. Het aanbod aan woningen is echter ruim. En nieuwe huurders nemen de tijd voor hun keuze. Hoe trek je ze over de streep? Altera Vastgoed vroeg AVEQ om de campagne te verzorgen voor de verhuur van 47 woningen in het nieuwbouwproject de Havenmeester.<\/p>\n\t<div id=\"gap-440169550\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-440169550 {\n  padding-top: 50px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<h2>Van Google AdWords campagne tot bouwbord<\/h2>\n<p>We waren vanaf het begin bij het project betrokken en namen deel aan het marketingoverleg. Vervolgens stippelden we met onze opdrachtgever en de makelaars de strategie uit. Als eerste plaatsten we een landingspagina online, waar ge\u00efnteresseerden zich konden inschrijven. Een Google AdWords campagne voor deze site leverde al honderden inschrijvingen op.<\/p>\n<p>Bij de bouwlocatie plaatsten we twee grote verhuurborden om ook bij het publiek dat zich ter plekke ori\u00ebnteert nieuwsgierigheid te wekken. Terwijl de bouw vorderde, bouwden wij verder aan de responsive website, op basis van een van onze vastgoedtemplates.<\/p>\n\t<div id=\"gap-585030013\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-585030013 {\n  padding-top: 50px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<h2>Open huis<\/h2>\n<p>De makelaars gebruikten de verzamelde contactgegevens om een open huis te organiseren. Hiervoor regelden we een toepasselijke locatie in de buurt van de bouwplaats. Hier konden de bezoekers zich via grote schermen inleven in het wonen in de toekomstige Havenmeester.<\/p>\n<p>Voor deze open dag regelden we ook zaken als de catering en verzorgden we middelen van informatiemap tot signage. Elke euro moet effici\u00ebnt besteed worden om huurders of kopers te trekken. Conversie is king. Tegelijkertijd vraagt vastgoed om mooie fotografie, artist\u2019s impressions en persoonlijke aandacht tijdens het verkoopproces.
